There are some public parks in Brooklyn that have designated Barbecuing Areas  for residents use.  It is imperative that someone barbecuing in our parks follow the rules of use and clean up for the safety of all parkgoers and the preservation of our parks .

Cleaning Up

Per NYC Parks :  ” All coal and matches must be disposed of in designated red barrels. Do not place  flammable products or materials  in   the regular litter barrels .  Use water to extinguish hot coals.”
